Es gehoert zur Provinz Loja und liegt auf 2520m .<\/p>\n<div von der Organisation &#8222;Mashi Pierre&#8220; zu ihrem 4-jaehrigen Jubilaeum eingeladen, um einen Musikworkshop fuer Kinder anzubieten.\u00a0 Unterstuetzt wurde dieses viertaegige Festival von der franzoesischen Organisation &#8222;Una Opci\u00f3n M\u00e1s&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>Unser Workshop fand am Freitag Nachmittag statt und bestand darin, Instrumente aus Recycling-Materialien\u00a0 zu bauen. Wir bauten Regenmacher, Stabrasseln und Panfloeten u.a. aus Klopapierrollen, Kronkorken, Besenstielen und leeren Plastikflaschen. Nach zwei Aufwaerm-, bzw. Kennenlernspielen ging es los mit dem Basteln, Malen und Haemmern.<\/p>\n<div Samstag Vormittag starteten wir einen Flashmob durch Saraguro, um auf das Projekt und das Cuy-Festival (Meerschweinchen-Festival) am Sonntag aufmerksam zu machen. Wir Musiker begleiteten den Flashmob mit Musik und spielten u.a. in der Markthalle und spontan live im Radio von Saraguro.<\/p>\n<div Cuy-Festival erlebten wir am Sonntag nur am Vormittag, da wir noch eine 8-stuendige Busfahrt zuerueck nach Guayaquil vor uns hatten. Dennoch reichte diese Zeit aus, um Meerschweinchen in drei verschiedenen Variationen zu sehen: im Kaefig, am Grill und verkleidet fuer die Wahl von Mr. und Mrs. Cuy!<\/p>\n<div
